🎯 The Role
As a DevOps Engineer at PROMOS Consult GmbH, you will be responsible for automating and continuously improving build, test, and deployment processes. You'll work with modern tools and technologies to optimize development and operations workflows.

Work independently and responsibly with development and infrastructure teams to create optimal conditions for modern software development
Maintain stable platforms and automated processes that support development teams
Automate and continuously improve build, test, and deployment processes
Utilize modern AI-supported tools to simplify and optimize development and operations processes
Understand, develop, and continuously improve modern platforms
📌 Required Qualifications
Practical experience in the DevOps field, backend software development, or IT infrastructure operation and administration
Experience with OpenShift or Kubernetes, and GitOps, Observability, and Identity Management tools like ArgoCD, Kustomize, Prometheus, Grafana, or Keycloak
Ability to automate build, test, and deployment processes, with Docker being a standard tool
Fluent communication in both German and English, written and spoken
Willingness to think beyond the immediate scope and maintain a holistic view
⭐ Desirable Experience
Additional experience with modern cloud technologies and container orchestration platforms
Strong background in infrastructure as code and configuration management
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation
