🎯 The Role
DevOps Engineer is responsible for operating Kubernetes-based infrastructure and deployment environment stably, and continuously improving operations and automation so that services can be delivered faster and more securely. The role goes beyond resolving incidents and operations issues, and jointly promotes improvement and standardization to reduce recurrence. We are looking for someone who can judge priorities between short-term response and long-term improvement, and participate in the process of creating changes that help actual services.
✅ Key Responsibilities
Kubernetes-based service/platform operation and incident response
Infrastructure/deployment change management based on IaC(Terraform), GitOps(ArgoCD/Helm)
Operation of monitoring/log/alert system, improving observability and operation efficiency through tuning
Improvement of CI/CD pipeline and strengthening of deployment stability
Analysis and optimization of resource/cost/performance issues
📌 Required Qualifications
3+ years of relevant experience or equivalent capabilities
Experience in operating Kubernetes-based production environment and troubleshooting
Experience in automation and operation based on IaC(Infrastructure as Code)
Experience in deployment operation based on Helm or Kustomize
Someone who values service stability and operational responsibility
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Experience with incident response and post-mortem culture

Experience in observability operation and tuning
Experience in Infra Architecture design
Experience in operating GPU-based workload(Workload)
Experience in multi-cluster, hybrid cloud operation
Familiar with documentation and knowledge sharing culture
English communication skills
Understanding of the medical industry and high interest in diagnostic medicine and artificial intelligence
