DevOps Engineer

Role Overview

We are looking for a Sr DevOps Engineer to support multiple products and environments at scale. This role will focus on operational efficiency, automation, and supporting global platform reliability.

Location

• Vijayawada (India)

Must Have

• Strong experience with AWS (required); Azure and GCP a plus, with a cloud-agnostic mindset
• Solid database operations experience (backup/restore, replication, performance tuning, access management)
• Experience with Terraform or similar IaC tools
• CI/CD pipeline experience (GitLab, GitHub, Azure DevOps)
• Strong experience with containers and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, ECS/Fargate)
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools (Datadog, CloudWatch)
• Exposure to security tooling (WAF, SIEM, vulnerability management)
• Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash)
• Experience in production operations (incident response, on-call, RCA)
• Strong understanding of networking, security, and system design
• Ability to support multiple SaaS products and environments

Nice to Have

• Multi-cloud or hybrid architecture experience
• Cost optimization and performance tuning
• Experience supporting global deployments
• Jira / Confluence experience
• Experience supporting multiple products and environments at scale
• Strong focus on automation, efficiency, and cost optimization
• Ability to handle high-volume operational workloads
• Strong collaboration with global teams
