As a DevOps Engineer, you’ll support ICEYE’s mission by building and maintaining reliable cloud environments that power critical Earth Observation capabilities. You’ll help ensure our systems run smoothly across ground stations, testing environments, and end-user platforms, enabling teams to deliver mission-critical data with speed and accuracy.

🎯 The Role

Your day-to-day responsibilities include building and maintaining AWS-based infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code, and supporting containerized workloads running on Kubernetes with secure practices. You’ll configure and support environments including ground stations, testing setups, and end-user platforms, troubleshoot production issues, and participate in debugging and incident resolution. Additionally, you’ll support development teams by improving deployment workflows and platform reliability.

✅ Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain AWS-based infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code, and support containerized workloads running on Kubernetes with secure practices
• Configure and support environments including ground stations, testing setups, and end-user platforms
• Troubleshoot production issues and participate in debugging and incident resolution
• Support development teams by improving deployment workflows and platform reliability

📌 Required Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with AWS, including VPC, IAM, networking, and cost awareness
• Strong experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform
• Experience working with containers and Kubernetes, including deployments and debugging
• Practical experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools such as GitHub Actions

⭐ Desirable Experience

• Experience with observability practices, including logging, metrics, and alerting
• Basic knowledge of databases such as PostgreSQL, RDS, or MongoDB
• Background in software engineering or experience with Go, Python, or Bash scripting

Base salary range for this position is 5700–6500 € per month (gross), depending on experience, and will be negotiated individually.
