📋 Job Overview

Supports a team of developers implementing multiple workflow products in a customer portfolio. Collaborates with system, software, and UI/UX engineers to design, develop, deploy, operate, and manage workflows hosted on a large scale, enterprise application built on the Pega Platform. Collaborates with system, DevOps, and UI/UX engineers to ensure workflows are security compliant, accessibility compliant, and meet minimum performance requirements.

🎯 The Role

As a Pega Developer, you will work with a team to implement workflow products and ensure compliance with security, accessibility, and performance standards.

✅ Key Responsibilities

• Support a team of developers implementing multiple workflow products in a customer portfolio
• Collaborate with system, software, and UI/UX engineers to design, develop, deploy, operate, and manage workflows
• Ensure workflows are security compliant, accessibility compliant, and meet minimum performance requirements

📌 Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related technical degree from an accredited college or university. Four (4) years of additional experience may be substituted for a Bachelor’s degree;
• At least nine (9) years of software development experience
• MUST have experience with Pega development
