🎯 The Role

As a Server Infrastructure Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing our server infrastructure, container deployments, and automation processes. You'll work closely with development teams to ensure seamless operations and continuous improvement.

✅ Key Responsibilities

• Serverinfrastruktur: Sie betreiben und entwickeln unsere virtualisierte Linux-Serverinfrastruktur weiter.
• Container und Deployment: Sie hosten Anwendungen mit Docker Compose und Kubernetes und unterstützen die Entwicklungsteams bei deren zuverlässigem Betrieb.
• Automatisierung und CI/CD: Sie automatisieren Bereitstellung und Betrieb mit Anisble, Puppet und GitLab-Pipelines. Gemeinsam mit den Entwicklungsteams entwickeln Sie die Pipelines weiter und unterstützen automatisierte, nachvollziehbare Deployments.
• Webserver und Datenbanken: Sie administrieren NGINX und Apache sowie PostgreSQL und MySQL.
• Monitoring und Fehleranalyse: Sie überwachen Systeme mit Prometheus, Grafana und dem Elastic Stack, analysieren Störungen anhand von Metriken und Logs und verbessern gemeinsam mit den Entwicklungsteams die Stabilität der Anwendungen.
• Netzwerke und Sicherheit: Sie konzipieren und betreiben Firewalls, VPN und Netzsegmentierung, übernehmen das Patchmanagement, unterstützen die Vorbereitung von Audits nach BSI IT-Grundschutz und führen einzelne Prüfungen selbst durch.
