🎯 The Role

You will work in Singapore Government Agencies as part of the Co-Development Business Unit. This is a fixed term contract role. The engagement is 1 year.

✅ Key Responsibilities

• Building a new citizen- or officer-facing digital product
• Developing APIs and backend services
• Building modern frontend applications
• Developing secure data ingestion and ETL pipelines
• Integrating systems across government agencies and partners
• Modernising existing Java or platform-based applications
• Building cloud infrastructure and deployment pipelines
• Improving automated testing and engineering quality
• Establishing observability and operational practices
• Implementing security and compliance controls
• Creating reusable engineering capabilities that can be adopted by multiple MSF teams

📌 Required Qualifications

• Relevant experience in AWS and cloud infrastructure
• Exposure to Government Commercial Cloud (GCC)
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code, particularly Terraform or OpenTofu
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, particularly GitLab
• Knowledge of Docker and containerisation
• Experience with ECS and/or Kubernetes / EKS
• Understanding of deployment automation
• Knowledge of cloud networking
• Understanding of observability and monitoring
• Experience with production operations and incident response
• Knowledge of authentication, authorisation, encryption and audit logging
• Understanding of security controls and compliance requirements
• Experience supporting reliable and highly available production systems
