Key Responsibilities

• Manage complex cloud and on-premise deployments
• Collaborate with customers to understand their technical requirements
• Plan, coordinate and execute implementation project plans
• Provide technical support during the sales process
• Assist in creating technical documentation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
• 3+ years of experience in a technical implementation role
• Understanding of Linux system administration, Kubernetes deployments, database administration, and/or Software engineering
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Golang or Java
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
