Pierce is seeking a Cyber Cloud Security Engineer to build and manage comprehensive cloud security programs across AWS, Azure, and GCP. The role involves designing secure cloud architectures, implementing Zero Trust principles, and leveraging CSPM tools for continuous monitoring and remediation.

🎯 The Role

You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and validating secure cloud architectures while partnering with cross-functional teams to promote secure development practices.

✅ Key Responsibilities

• Built and managed comprehensive cloud security programs across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Designed, implemented, and validated secure cloud architectures applying Zero Trust principles.
• Leveraged CSPM tools (Wiz, AWS Security Hub) and automated remediation workflows.
• Developed automated continuous monitoring and alerting systems.
• Embedded security into the SDLC by partnering with Platform, DevOps, and Engineering teams.

📌 Required Qualifications

• 6–10 years of hands-on experience designing and securing AWS environments.
• Strong knowledge of native security tools (IAM, KMS, Config, GuardDuty, CloudTrail).
• Industry certifications (AWS Security/Architect, CISSP, CCSP).
• Proven expertise in architecting cloud identity solutions (SSO/federation, RBAC, ABAC).
• Skilled in provisioning secure infrastructure via Terraform, AWS CDK, or CloudFormation.
• Hands-on experience securing containerized workloads (Docker, Kubernetes, AWS EKS).
• In-depth knowledge of frameworks (NIST CSF, CIS Benchmarks, ISO 27001, SOC 2).

⭐ Desirable Experience

Experience with modern CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI, Jira) and strong communication skills to influence stakeholders.
