Key Responsibilities
Enhance efficiency and reliability of software development and deployment processes
Automate configuration management and implement continuous integration/deployment pipelines
Optimize cloud infrastructure and monitor system performance
Establish best practices and standards for the DevOps team
Develop and implement security best practices for AWS
Provide support to Engineers and Customer Success Managers
Evaluate and update Terraform project structures
Develop processes for debugging and network configurations
Work closely with engineering team to refine production and development setups
Required Qualifications
7+ years in a formal DevOps role
Experience building, configuring, and deploying applications to AWS
Strong understanding of modern architecture principles (Infrastructure as Code, etc.)
Solid understanding of information/cloud security best practices
Experience with Python and related tools
Basic knowledge of Ruby, Rails, and related tools
Experience installing and configuring monitoring solutions
Familiarity with software engineering practices and source control
