🎯 The Role

As the second member of the Legal team, you will partner directly with sales, finance, product, engineering, marketing, and people teams, owning matters end-to-end and playing a key role in building legal processes, playbooks, and tools. The role requires strong commercial instincts, the ability to make practical, risk-calibrated decisions, and a willingness to take initiative beyond traditional legal boundaries to support the company’s rapid growth.

✅ Key Responsibilities

• Drafting and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements
• Advising on privacy and data protection under US and international laws
• Supporting corporate and employment matters
• Managing outside counsel
• Contributing to the development of scalable legal workflows

📌 Required Qualifications

• 4–8 years of post-JD experience
• Mix of law firm and in-house roles
• Expertise in SaaS/technology agreements
• Collaborative, solutions-oriented approach

🎁 Benefits

Compensation: $190K – $220K • Offers Equity
