Job Overview

As a DevOps Engineering Manager at ConnectAd, you will unleash your full potential by designing, building, and scaling our platform offerings. This engineering position is pivotal in planning and implementing new technologies to enhance our operations, suitable for a seasoned software engineer looking for remote work opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with international development teams to ensure continuous integration and delivery.
• Monitor system performance and infrastructure, and make data-driven recommendations for new tools and systems.
• Plan and successfully implement new technologies.
• Develop, improve, and maintain monitoring solutions and technical cloud catalogs for development teams.
• Evaluate new technology options and products, as well as change, configuration, incident, and problem management.

Required Qualifications

• Proven background in a Linux/Unix environment and expertise with Linux container technologies.
• Proficiency in VMWare and familiarity with API-based provisioning and automation environments.
• Technical degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields, or significant professional experience as a DevOps Engineer.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Terraform, Azure, AWS, and OpenShift.
• Experience developing Jenkins pipelines using Maven, Gradle, etc.
