🎯 The Role
As a Cloud Architect at Xibix, you will be responsible for designing and developing cloud architectures, analyzing requirements, and implementing security and governance processes for cloud applications and services.
✅ Key Responsibilities
Design and further development of cloud architectures and operating models on Microsoft Azure, AWS, and sovereign cloud platforms
Analyze business and technical requirements and transform them into appropriate cloud solutions
Design security, governance, and management processes for cloud applications and services
Collaborate with software engineering, DevOps, and infrastructure teams to develop automated and cloud-native solutions
Provide technical consulting and support to clients during cloud transformations and modernization projects
Develop and maintain architecture standards, blueprints, and best practices
📌 Required Qualifications
Successfully completed degree in (Business) Computer Science or a comparable qualification
Several years of professional experience in the cloud or infrastructure environment
Practical experience with Microsoft Azure or AWS, as well as with at least one sovereign cloud provider such as STACKIT, IONOS Cloud, or T-Cloud Public
Good knowledge of cloud architectures, DevOps practices, CI/CD, and cloud security
Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code, such as Terraform
Communication skills, consulting competence, and an analytical and solution-oriented working style
Willingness to be present in the office or at the customer site in Munich three days a week
Fluent German and very good English language skills
