🎯 The Role

As a Cloud Architect, you will lead, develop, and design operational models with Google Cloud (potentially hybrid architectures). You will develop scalable, secure, and future-proof cloud architectures and integrate Java- or Python-based applications.

✅ Key Responsibilities

• Develop modern cloud architectures that make our clients sustainably successful.
• Develop scalable, secure, and future-proof cloud architectures and integrate Java- or Python-based applications.
• Design and implement modern deployment and automation methods (CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code with Terraform).
• Ensure the security and integration of software solutions with our development teams.
• Take technical control of customer projects, from requirements management to process analysis and stakeholder advice.
• Share your knowledge with project teams and customers and coach them in cloud technologies and best practices.

📌 Required Qualifications

• Several years of experience (at least 5 years) in implementing cloud projects, preferably in production environments.
• Google Cloud is your home base: You know the platform in detail, from architecture to security to deployment.
• Experience in developing and integrating applications, preferably with Java or Python, and understanding how software and cloud architecture interact.
• Certifications in the Google Cloud area (e.g., Professional Architect or multiple Associate-Level certifications). Alternatively, you have practical architecture responsibility in customer projects and can prove it.
• Familiarity with topics such as Infrastructure as Code (Terraform), CI/CD, and modern software development processes.
• Able to explain complex technical relationships clearly, convince stakeholders, and bring teams on board.
• Fluent communication in German (negotiation level) and English.
