Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior DevOps Engineer to lead the development of our next-generation SaaS platform at Cenosco. This remote work engineering position is ideal for someone passionate about automation, containers, and infrastructure. You will be instrumental in designing, implementing, and optimizing the pipelines and tooling that enhance our development processes, making them fast, reliable, and secure. Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps
• Drive containerization across the platform using Docker and Kubernetes
• Automate infrastructure and deployment processes to support software engineer teams
• Collaborate with developers to define DevOps best practices and improve release workflows
• Develop and maintain scripts using PowerShell or Python
• Support migration from legacy deployment processes to modern, automated pipelines
• Prepare for and implement Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) in the near future
• Contribute to continuous performance, security, and reliability improvements

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with 4+ years in a DevOps role
• Strong hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, Git, Jenkins, etc.)
• Solid scripting skills in PowerShell, Python, Bash, or similar
• Proficient in containerization and orchestration with Docker and Kubernetes
• Working experience with SQL Server
• Experience building and supporting infrastructure for SaaS products
• A passion for automation and process improvement

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Oil & Gas domain
• Experience in deploying to both cloud and on-premise environments
• Exposure to Terraform or other Infrastructure as Code tools
• Experience in training and mentoring
