✅ Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain BMC Helix applications and modules based on business requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to BMC Helix functionality and performance.
• Manage system integrations, developing and maintaining workflows and automated processes.
• Provide technical assistance and training to users regarding BMC Helix functionalities and best practices.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot to ensure optimal operation and availability.

📌 Required Qualifications

• BMC Helix certification or related IT certifications are highly desirable.
