🎯 The Role
You are joining us to evaluate, optimize, and guide the evolution of Azure environments for our managed services customers. Your day-to-day will involve leading Azure Well-Architected Reviews, identifying architectural risks and modernization opportunities, developing cost optimization recommendations, and translating customer requirements into practical, well-scoped solutions. You will partner with Operations, Engineering, Customer Success, and senior architecture resources to improve the reliability, security, operational maturity, and cost efficiency of customer environments — while helping evolve our architecture practice through automation and AI-enabled capabilities.
✅ Key Responsibilities
Lead Azure Well-Architected Reviews for managed services customers
Identify architectural risks and modernization opportunities
Develop cost optimization recommendations
Translate customer requirements into practical, well-scoped solutions
Improve reliability, security, operational maturity, and cost efficiency of customer environments
Contribute to reusable architecture standards and assessment templates
Help define and validate automation and AI-enabled workflows
📌 Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in infrastructure, cloud engineering, consulting, managed services, or related technical roles, including 3+ years of hands-on Azure experience
Strong understanding of Azure infrastructure and platform services, including Azure Virtual Machines, Azure Networking, Azure Storage, Microsoft Entra ID, Azure Backup, Azure Monitor, Azure Policy, and Azure Cost Management
Familiarity with the Microsoft Azure Well-Architected Framework and experience participating in architecture reviews
Demonstrated ability to translate technical and business requirements into practical Azure-based solutions
Experience evaluating cloud environments and identifying opportunities to improve cost efficiency, operational maturity, reliability, and performance
Strong written communication, presentation, and documentation skills
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams
⭐ Desirable Experience
Microsoft Azure Administrator (AZ-104), Azure Solutions Architect (AZ-305), FinOps Certified Practitioner, or equivalent relevant certifications
Experience supporting managed services customers or participating in architecture review boards
Experience with automation and AI-enabled workflows
