Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of robust CI/CD pipelines.
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reliability, and security throughout the deployment lifecycle.
• Develop and manage scalable deployment scripts and configuration management systems that support high-frequency, low-risk deployments.
• Partner closely with engineering teams to provide guidance on CI/CD best practices.
• Act as a trusted advisor for both technical and non-technical team members, empowering colleagues by demystifying DevOps practices and tools.
• Focus on local environment support to ensure consistency, efficiency, and alignment with production-like configurations.
• Champion innovation in infrastructure by evaluating and implementing AI-driven tools that enhance automation, monitoring, and overall system efficiency.

Required Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on experience in DevOps with a strong track record in CI/CD pipelines.
• Deep understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, and expertise in Docker and Kubernetes.
• Proficient in GitLab and GitHub workflows, with practical experience across a variety of CI/CD platforms and tools.
• Solid experience with Infrastructure as Code technologies like Terraform.
• Skilled in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or Go, focused on automating processes and improving operational efficiency.
