Description
ARFA Solutions, LLC is looking for an experienced AWS Cloud Engineer to join our team. As an AWS Cloud Engineer, you will work closely with our development and operations teams to design, deploy, and manage cloud-based infrastructure on AWS. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure optimal system performance, scalability, and security.
Responsibilities:
Design and implement AWS infrastructure solutions that align with business and technical requirements.
Deploy and manage cloud-based resources using AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, and CloudFormation.
Implement and manage AWS networking components, including VPC, Subnets, Security Groups, and Route Tables.
Configure and optimize AWS services to ensure high availability, scalability, and cost efficiency.
Collaborate with development teams to implement and enhance CI/CD pipelines for efficient software delivery.
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues, ensuring optimal system uptime and performance.
Implement and maintain security and compliance measures, following best practices and industry standards.
Stay up-to-date with the latest AWS services and technologies, and propose innovative solutions to improve our infrastructure.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
8+ years of experience working as an AWS Cloud Engineer or similar role.
Strong understanding of AWS services and their use cases, including EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, and CloudFormation.
Experience with networking concepts in AWS, such as VPC, Subnets, Security Groups, and Route Tables.
Proficiency in scripting languages like Python, Shell, or PowerShell.
Experience with configuration management tools like Ansible, Chef, or Puppet.
Hands-on experience working with CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins, AWS CodePipeline.
Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools such as CloudWatch, ELK Stack, or Splunk.
Strong knowledge of Terraform, source control, and CI/CD pipelines (Github Actions)
AWS certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, AWS Certified DevOps Engineer) are a plus
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
