🎯 The Role

You will be responsible for developing and deploying AI-driven applications, from backend development to production. You will work on a variety of projects, including LLM-use cases, RAG-systems, agent-based workflows, computer vision, and full-stack chatbots. Your work will involve research, product development, and ensuring reliable AI solutions.

✅ Key Responsibilities

• Bauen und deployen: Develop and deploy AI-driven applications independently, including backend, and bring them into production.
• Breite statt Nische: Work on projects ranging from LLM-use cases to computer vision and full-stack chatbot development.
• Research und Produktentwicklung: Work on projects with AI components like Retrieval-Augmented Generation or agent-based AI.
• Verlässliche KI: Handle evaluation, guardrailing, and Trustworthy AI.
• Use Cases mitgestalten: Participate in discussions to identify and evaluate use cases, and design solutions that match business requirements.
• Schulterschluss mit AI Strategy: Work closely with the AI-Strategy team to assess feasibility and manage expectations.
• KI-native arbeiten: Contribute to how Perelyn develops, tests, and delivers as a KI-native consulting firm.

📌 Required Qualifications

• Hands-on-KI-Erfahrung: Proven experience in using various AI/ML models and the ability to implement business-oriented Generative-AI solutions with frameworks like LangChain, Haystack, or LlamaIndex.
• Software Engineering: Strong Python skills, familiarity with Docker, experience in building and using REST APIs, and understanding of cloud deployment and cloud-native services.
• Umgang mit Daten: Knowledge in data transformation, cleaning, preparation, and model selection.
• Kundenkontakt: Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and work professionally with clients.
• Sprachen: German at C1 level and fluent English.
• Haltung: Hands-on mentality, ownership, openness to feedback, and willingness to find answers to new questions.

⭐ Desirable Experience

• Advanced ML and deep learning methods with Scikit-learn, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
• Familiarity with computer vision technologies.
• Experience with MLOps frameworks like MLflow.
• Integration of LLMs with graph databases like Neo4j.
• Experience with AI-supported coding technologies like Claude Code or Gemini CLI.
• Basic knowledge in frontend technologies, React or Angular.
