🎯 The Role

Application/Systems Administrator responsible for the installation, integration, configuration, testing, troubleshooting, security implementation, and configuration of software applications with specific focus on Windows systems.

✅ Key Responsibilities

• Performs the installation, integration, configuration, testing, troubleshooting, security implementation, and configuration of software applications with specific focus on Windows systems, including Microsoft Office products, Java JRE, Visual Studio, Raytheon EAGLE.
• Operations and sustainment of AWS Cloud-native Services, specifically AWS GovCloud.
• Troubleshoot and resolve software issues.
• Provides support through a ticketing system to application owners, developers, and internal/external teams.

📌 Required Qualifications

• Experience troubleshooting software issues required.
• Knowledge of DISA STIGS and how to implement required.
• CompTIA Security+ certification required (must show proof of cert prior to interview).
• Application installation/configuration/administration experience on Windows-based systems required, experience with large-scale/complex app configuration a plus.
• Strong foundation and understanding of AWS native services required, experience with AWS GovCloud highly preferred.
• BS/BA or AS/AA degree and 7 years related experience OR HS and 9 years related experience.
• Active/Interim TS/SSBI clearance desired or active Secret clearance with the ability to obtain TS/SSBI.

⭐ Desirable Experience

• Experience with large-scale/complex app configuration.
• Experience with AWS GovCloud.

🛂 Visa & Eligibility

• Active/Interim TS/SSBI clearance desired or active Secret clearance with the ability to obtain TS/SSBI. Requirements to obtain a clearance include US Citizenship, security investigation, etc.
