🏢 About Telio

We are looking for a skilled Application Reliability Engineer to support the reliability, monitoring, and automation of business-critical applications across hybrid Azure and on-premises environments. You will work closely with development, IT operations, and infrastructure teams to detect issues early, improve observability, reduce alert noise, support incident resolution, and prevent recurring problems through automation and a reliability-first mindset.

🎯 The Role

You will build and maintain monitoring, observability, alerting, dashboards, runbooks, and automation. You will support incident handling, root cause analysis, and long-term reliability improvements. You will operate and improve applications and infrastructure in Microsoft Azure, on-premises, Kubernetes, and GitOps-based environments. You will collaborate with development, IT, and infrastructure teams to reduce manual work and improve service stability.

✅ Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain monitoring, observability, alerting, dashboards, runbooks, and automation.
• Support incident handling, root cause analysis, and long-term reliability improvements.
• Operate and improve applications and infrastructure in Microsoft Azure, on-premises, Kubernetes, and GitOps-based environments.
• Collaborate with development, IT, and infrastructure teams to reduce manual work and improve service stability.

📌 Required Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in system operations, application support, or site reliability engineering.
• Experience with Linux and Windows servers, scripting, monitoring or observability tools, and incident management.
• Hands-on knowledge of Kubernetes, container orchestration, GitOps practices, and hybrid cloud environments.
• Basic understanding of .NET/C#, web applications, web services, relational databases, and infrastructure operations.
• Analytical mindset, strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and communicational level English.

⭐ Desirable Experience

• Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD pipelines, SLI/SLO concepts, escalation tooling, container security, networking fundamentals, REST/SOAP APIs, or message queues.
