You have developed a deep empathy for users, collaborating with Product managers and incorporating end-user feedback and testing into an iterative development cycle
You have built and maintained infrastructure for large-scale projects, contributing significantly to high-throughput systems with extensive user bases or substantial revenue impact
You understand and appreciate scale in the many dimensions it can be observed
You have designed, maintained, and monitored scalable infrastructure, creating state-of-the-art backend services including message queues
You have led and delivered projects with multiple contributors as part of a multidisciplinary team, utilizing agile principles and frameworks
You have expertise in multi-cloud environments, including Azure, AWS and on-premises solutions, and can navigate complex cloud architectures
You understand Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles and have hands-on experience with tools like Terrfaorm, Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and database management (both NoSQL and SQL)
You are experienced in environments requiring self-direction and adaptability, such as early-stage startups and greenfield projects
You exhibit a solid grasp of software architecture, contributing to product requirements documents and application-level systems thinking and planning
You possess deep knowledge and understanding of software engineering best practices, supported by either a robust academic background in the field or extensive experience as a senior contributor within a team
