Senior IT Systems Engineer

Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Manage our entire hardware fleet (laptops, smartphones, accessories) from setup to replacement


• Configure and manage mobile devices via MDM


• Administer our SaaS systems (e.g., Microsoft 365, Atlassian)


• Ensure compliance with security standards (e.g., MFA, password policies, updates)


• Act as the first point of contact for our team regarding IT issues, both remote and on-site


• Work on projects such as system migrations, automations, and security upgrades


• Contribute new ideas to make our IT landscape smarter, faster, and more secure

Required Qualifications

• Experience with Windows, macOS, or both, and openness to learning new technologies


• Technically inclined, willing to experiment, and capable of finding solutions when things don't work


• An eye for security and understanding that strong passwords and updates are crucial


• Willingness to contribute, take responsibility, and serve as the interface between various internal and external contacts


• Ability to communicate clearly with colleagues who may not speak German or have technical backgrounds


• Fluent in German and good English skills to navigate software and documentation
