Requirements and Skills

Total 5 + years of experience

Willing to work in shifts

4+ Years of experience in the DevOps field.

Understanding of software development lifecycle, processes, and methodologies.

4+ years working in a Microsoft Azure environment.

Experience with continuous integration and delivery tools, ideally with Azure Pipelines.

Strong scripting skills, Powershell preferred.

Hands-on experience in Docker, Containers, Azure Container Registry, and Azure Kubernetes. Specifically having a working knowledge of Kubernetes and its related services in Azure.

Adept with Azure DevOps Pipelines for Builds, Deployments, and Release operations.

Solid Azure administration skills. Specifically supporting Azure offerings like Windows virtual machines, services, registries, active directories, etc.

Working knowledge of version control systems like TFS/Azure DevOps using Git/TFVC.

Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Ability to oversee and mentor junior DevOps engineers

 

Nice to Have

Knowledge about Mobile App Duild, Deployment, and release through Google Play and/or Apple App Store.

Experience/Understanding of Linux operating system.

Working experience in SQL Server Management, SQL Queries, Deployment, Basic SQL troubleshooting, DACPACS, etc.

Acquaintance with the Octopus deploy tool and/or Jenkins.

Azure DevOps/TFS administration.

Understanding of packaging tools like InstallShield.

Certifications in Microsoft Azure, more specifically in the Azure, Azure DevOps, Kubernetes, Containers, and Docker areas.
