Join Airbus Commercial Aircraft as a Cloud Site Reliability Engineer (f/m) in our Digital department based in Toulouse, France. In this pivotal role, you will lead the development and management of our cloud infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
Key Responsibilities
Spearhead the development and maintenance of our cloud infrastructure using GCP Deployment Manager templates and CDK scripts
Architect and implement highly scalable, secure, and resilient cloud infrastructure solutions across various GCP services
Collaborate closely with development and operations teams to integrate Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices into our software development lifecycle
Conduct thorough code reviews and mentor team members on cloud architecture, security, and operational excellence
Drive continuous improvement in our infrastructure through automation, optimization, and enhanced reliability
Required Qualifications
Expert-level proficiency in GCP Deployment Manager, Google Cloud CDK, and Python
Comprehensive knowledge of GCP services and their architectural best practices
Strong background in cloud security principles and compliance frameworks
Proven experience with DevOps methodologies and agile environments
Demonstrated ability to architect scalable infrastructure solutions
Strategic thinking with focus on infrastructure efficiency, scalability, and cost-effectiveness
Excellent communication skills and collaborative team player
