Join our team of six DevOps engineers based in Vilnius, Kaunas, and Mumbai as a Senior DevOps Engineer. This engineering position offers the opportunity to work across multiple domains including infrastructure, automation, monitoring, and SRE practices.
Key Responsibilities
Design, implement, and maintain observability solutions (metrics, logging, tracing, alerting)
Operate and optimize monitoring platforms (Prometheus, Mimir, Grafana)
Manage and improve logging infrastructure with the ELK stack
Define and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform
Ensure reliability, scalability, and performance of observability systems
Support incident detection, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis
Required Qualifications
Essential Skills:
Solid hands-on experience with observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Thanos or Mimir)
Experience managing logging platforms (ELK stack or Loki)
Strong knowledge of Infrastructure as Code practices with Terraform (Terragrunt)
Understanding of metrics, logs, and traces in distributed systems
Familiarity with Kubernetes
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Proficiency in English
Preferred Qualifications:
Coding skills in Python or Go for automation and integrations
Exposure to CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitHub Workflows)
Experience with configuration management tools like Puppet
Knowledge of alerting best practices and incident management tools
Understanding of SRE principles (SLIs, SLOs, error budgets)
