Jr./DevOps Engineer

Description

Design, develop, and maintain the infrastructure and tools required for continuous integration, continuous delivery, and deployment.
Automate the deployment, scaling, and management of systems and applications using configuration management tools.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, implement, and improve the development and release processes.
Ensure the availability, performance, and security of production systems and applications.
Monitor and troubleshoot issues in production and perform root cause analysis.
Implement best practices for infrastructure as code, configuration management, and version control.
Stay updated with the latest technologies, trends, and best practices in DevOps and cloud computing.
Document and share knowledge with team members and stakeholders.
Participate in on-call rotations and provide support for production incidents as needed.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
1-4 years of experience as a DevOps Engineer or a similar role.
Strong experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Proficient in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
Experience with infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
Strong understanding of CI/CD principles and experience with tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or CircleCI.
Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, or Splunk.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
